RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have an order number, complete the form below and one our Pineapple people will get back to you quickly. If you don't have your order number, please email us at orders@staypineapple.com.

REFUNDS

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days (once we've received your product back at our fulfillment center). This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)

Send in your item(s) to our fulfillment center. You must include a printout of your original order confirmation with the return. Once received, your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders have a different return process returns or merchandise exchanges. Orders returned directly to the STAYPINEAPPLE fulfillment center in Bellevue, WA will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
