If you have an order number, complete the form below and one our Pineapple people will get back to you quickly. If you don't have your order number, please call us at 425-455-5825.
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
Send in your item(s) to our fulfillment center. You must include a printout of your original order confirmation with the return. Once received, your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please call customer service at 425-455-5825 for assistance returning over-sized items or other unusual merchandise.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days (once we've received your product back at our fulfillment center). This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. We will also refund your original shipping charges.
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Orders returned directly to the Pineapple Hospitality fulfillment center in Bellevue, WA will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
